SURGICAL CRITICAL CARE
POST-ROTATION LEARNING ASSESSMENT TEST
The purpose of this post-rotation test is to assess what you
have learned during your rotation on the Surgical Critical Care service. Please
answer each question to the best of your ability. Completing this post-test
is required to receive academic credit for
the rotation. Your rotation evaluation will not be returned to your department
chairman or dean until you have completed the test, turned in your Post-Rotation Evaluation, and submitted your
Invasive Procedure List.
This test is similar to the Pre-Rotation Test that you completed
before the rotation. It includes 25 questions that address the care of a single critically
ill patient. When you take this test, make sure that you are in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed as you cannot take part of the test and
come back later to complete it. Once you click the submit button, your
score will be entered and you may not take the test again. You may take as much time as you like to complete the test.
Please select your name and enter your four digit physician ID number to receive credit:
(ICU rotation students should contact the department secretary to obtain a valid physician ID number)
